What format are the images in?
All VoomStock images are in vector format. More information can be found on each image's detail page.

How do I purchase an image?
First, sign up for a free membership. Then you can purchase individual images using your PayPal account or a credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases.

Do you store credit card information?
No. PayPal is our payment processor, and we do not see your credit card information.

Do you add images on a regular basis?
Yes. We add images as they are uploaded. Click on "Newest Images" to see the latest images that we have posted.

Can I submit images to sell?
Yes! We encourage new artists to join our community. Sign up for a free account and get started today!

What image formats do you accept?
Here are some guidelines for image submission:

For maximum compatibility, it is recommended that you include an eps file in your upload. If possible, the eps file should be compatible with PostScript Level 3.0.

It's a good idea to include native files such as Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, or Corel Draw.

Special effects such as gradients, gradient meshes, transparencies, blurs, etc. may be incompatible with some applications. Keep in mind that your artwork could be used in a variety of applications, and some applications do not handle these special effects very well. If you do use special effects, it is recommended that you also include an eps file without these effects to increase the appeal of your artwork to a larger audience and potentially generate more sales.

Make sure all of your paths are closed. Open paths may cause your submission to be rejected.

If there is any typography in your artwork, be sure to convert it to outlines. Do not, under any circumstances, use dingbat fonts.

Place all of your files in a folder and give the folder a name that serves as a title for your artwork.

If you wish, you can include a jpeg and/or tiff version of your artwork in the folder.

Zip the folder before uploading.

Note: You must upload two files. One is a JPG and the other is a zipped folder containing your vector files.

Do you offer refunds?
Since our content is offered in the form of digital downloads, we do not, as a general policy, offer refunds. However, we do want to keep our customers happy, and we may make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the VoomStock images that I download?
Yes. While VoomStock offers great freedoms and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our images, or allow the use of our images within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Please refer to the Terms of Use page on this site for more information.

Do you offer subscriptions?
No, we offer free membership, and our members can purchase and download images whenever they like.

I purchased an image, but I'm having difficulty downloading it. What do I do?
If you have made a purchase and you are not able to access your image(s), please send us a support request.
